Water is Concrete’s Enemy
Here in Utah, exterior concrete experiences harsh winter weather, and if not sealed will result in pitting and spalling. Water penetrates into the pores of the unsealed concrete and then freezes and expands, weakening and damaging the surface of the concrete. It is recommended to keep your exterior concrete sealed every 2 years to prevent damage and spalling.

Unfortunately people don’t think about sealing their concrete until it’s too late. Once the spalling starts, it’s hard to stop it because most of the concrete surface has already weakened. Our Process
We start out by power washing your concrete with our Hot Water Power Washing System. The hot water combined with 3500 PSI of water pressure ensures to get all the dirt and grime out of the concrete pores. Then our crew will apply a thick coat coat of our Industrial Grade Concrete Sealer.
